Value Packs are available online. If you purchase your Value Pack online, you will receive access to the online course, exam (if applicable) and evaluation immediately upon checkout. You can access your courses via My Account > My Courses. Instructions will be available there for completing the Value Pack online for credit.

If you have a hard copy Value Pack, it contains the course materials, self-assessment (or exam, if applicable), and a Course Evaluation form. You must read and study the course materials, fill out the self-assessment, and complete the evaluation form. If your Value Pack requires an exam, that is also included and instructions for completing it will be provided. Once you have completed all the required items, you will mail or fax the Course Evaluation/Exam for processing. A certificate will be mailed directly for successful completions, and the book is yours to keep for your reference library.
